This presentation is great. It co-incidentally relates to an important discussion the Launchpad team leads had in January. We had an action item to explore two competing ideas: controlling the mix of branches, or configuration. Neither spike has seen the light of day. Launchpad has always used configuration for feature development and controlling who sees what. We have never documented a best practice for this. Every developer discovers or reinvents configuration checks when they discover they need it. What they know is largely based on who was with them during the pre-implementation meeting and reviews. -- __Curtis C. Hovey_________ http://launchpad.net/
