Hello Launchpadders! Yes, this week (commencing on 1st Nov) is only week 2 of the current cycle because we had to move the 10.11 release back by one week. The reason for this is reduced availability of the LOSAs during on the originally planned roll-out day. Thus this cycle has been lengthened by a week while the next cycle (10.12) will be a 3-week cycle.
I have updated the release calendar and milestones to reflect this change. https://dev.launchpad.net/Releases/2010Calendar A release calendar for 2011 is in preparation but with the new "release features when they are ready" scheme, releases (hopefully) will become much less dramatic events anyway.
