rockstar and I noticed Friday at UDS that the ec2 runs are limited to 5 hours and then killed. We think this might be what was happening to the lazr-js branch he was doing. And that maybe mail isn't sent in this case. Maybe this is what was happening to the branches Rob lost. Didn't we have a >5 hour spike in the test run time for a little while a week or so ago?
