So, the token based librarian is now ready for QA - it is enabled on qastaging.launchpad.net.
Basic browser and wget access has been tested by me. However we need to test other users of private files - apport bug analysis scripts If you're interested, please play with restricted files (p3a logs/builds from the webui, bug attachments on private bugs) to your hearts content.
