On requesting an export, users have no idea how long they need to wait before they get an email with a download link. There is no web UI for the export queue (neither for management, nor for overview).
Note however that when exports processing falls behind, the request page will show the depth of the backlog in terms of both size and time.
(Another known issue with exports is that multi-file exports currently produce tarballs that are unsuitable for re-importing due to differences in file names.)
