I'm a bit surprised you haven't heard this before (I don't mean to be snarky) because I often do see people saying "what happened to my upload?", and certainly every time I see it myself I wonder what's going to happen. Having to wait a while to get a builder is understandable, but having this relatively long silence is quite off-putting.
