Thought that subject line would get your attention. :-)
I spend far too much of my life waiting for ZCML processing. And it makes me wonder: is there any particular reason why execute_zcml_for_scripts includes browser zcml?
At least that's what it looks like when I log what goes through zope.configuration.xmlconfig.include. I can't really imagine the stuff in lib/lp/*/browser/configure.zcml having a legitimate function in script runs. Could we save time by skipping it?
