We're drawing to the close of another release for Launchpad and I want to state the deadlines we're approaching so there are no surprises. Here is the current status: db-devel remains open, but it has seen no merges since Friday because we were in testfix mode. Therefore, staging is missing revisions 12015+ devel PQM was closed to landings on Friday last week. Until QA is complete, only release-critical submissions will be accepted. Fixing QA failures is considered release-critical. PQM will reopen once we have a known-good revision to deploy. My thanks to everyone who completed their QA promptly. Release schedule: I will decide which revision to bless as 10.12 by 22:00 UTC on Tuesday. We will release 10.12 on Wednesday at 10:00 UTC. After that, normal nodowntime rollouts may continue. We estimate that deployment of database changes will take 17 minutes, which is well within our budget.
