Because if they all ran at different times, we'd have to determine which ones to run at which times. We'd need to figure out whether users want it to run daily at a particular user-scheduled time, or whether they want it to run ASAP, but only once per 24 hours. That could involve data model or UI complexity, so I just YAGNI'd on the whole thing.
