It was never turned on for /launchpad. It was enabled in the applications (/malone, etc...). I tried to enable the feature when we merged bugs, but I hit the shortlist/specifications bug. I neglects to enable the feature when we landed the fix. -- __Curtis C. Hovey_________ http://launchpad.net/
