The existing database patch number database has been having scalability problems, so I've moved it from a Tomboy note to a bzr branch.
If you want to look or even allocate your own numbers: bzr co lp:~launchpad/+junk/dbpatches https://code.launchpad.net/~launchpad/+junk/dbpatches for branch details and subscription. I'm happy for people to get their patch numbers through the current process or for people with commit access to just grab their own.
