Another thing I noticed is that the expanders and affiliation that
used to be there last week are not anymore. Is this a known issue?
I checked with Ian this morning and the feature flag is enabled on
qastaging and I'm part of the beta team.
We are not sure what happened on qastaging with respect to the feature
flags, but it did appear there was some weirdness going on.
In any case, we are close to turning on the various picker enhancements
for everyone by default. So to that end, both qastaging and staging now
have the feature flags activated for all users. After having this change
made, I checked and the pickers are behaving as expected once again.
To reiterate, the features now activated for everybody on (qa)staging are:
- enhanced person picker search matching and results ordering
- display of affiliation details
- use of expander to provide more information about each person
- other enhancements like link to each person's lp home page
