We'll request a manual run as soon as deployment is complete. I'll follow up to this thread when we have something more worth reporting.
There's been no time to start a manual run, but eventually the cron job ran of its own accord.
Debian imports are back in business. They take less than half an hour, and now take note of package releases being superseded, or packages being deleted. The existing data has been migrated, and Debian source publications in Launchpad now have meaningful statuses.
