With rabbit fully monitored and alerted, red squad turned it on in the LP config todayish; as a nice side effect the OOPS AMQP support also went live: production will now try to publish new OOPS reports immediately over AMQP.
Generally they will end up on the OOPS server in < 1 second, but if they aren't, give it a couple of seconds - really big OOPSes take a little longer to parse and process, and we have about 60 processes feeding into one consumer, so it can, under the right circumstances, be temporarily saturated.
