As anyone who has tried to land a branch in the last couple of days has probably noticed, ec2 test/land haven't been sending emails lately. I've fixed it in lp-dev-utils r106.
It seems that bzr 2.5 changed the config parser to require a section header, which ec2's ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf lacked, causing emails to be sent to localhost. William.
