The only change is to fix the linked bug, https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/676372. http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~wgrant/python-openid/python-openid-2.2.1-fix676372/revision/6 is the diff. http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~keturn/python-openid/master/revision/1969 seems to be the equivalent upstream fix, which looks to be in upstream's 2.2.5 release.
