You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Subscribe to page is a GET action. Which means the user gets
subscribed/unsubscribed even if he just views the page using the
browser's back/forward or history.
It should be a POST action because it is a "resource-changing" action.
(according to HTTP/REST spec)
