Hendy, the subscription form uses action="post" in both
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+subscribe> and
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+bug/194231/+subscribe>. Can you
give the URL of a page where you see it using action="get"?
