Public bug reported:
The page title on help wiki pages (e.g. YourAccount/NewAccount at
https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/NewAccount) is indented to a line
that's used by bullets but not other headers.
To my eye, the page title should line up with the author-defined
headers.
