Neither of the screen shots relate to Launchpad help, the tour or the
news blog, so I'm marking this as invalid for launchpad-documentation.
Only the second screen shot deals with Launchpad and that appears to be
the page source for a bug page. Does the odd text show up on the actual
page in your web browser?
