I think for simplicity and to remove user-interpretation we should
require an email address or URL rather than use an  ambiguous "easy to
find" criterion.  Even if it is a well-known application it is not a
hardship to include a contact email address.  In fact, for larger
projects it may be even more important.  Who would we contact at Apache
or Google if we wanted to talk to them about their 'bot?
