Public bug reported:
I'm subscribed to all changes to dev.launchpad.net and the mails sent by
MoinMoin have the From field set to "Launchpad Help
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>". It is the same for help.launchpad.net and
this makes hard for me to distinguish the changes. It should be instead
"Launchpad Development".
This can be fixed by changing ``mail_from`` in wikiconfig.py.
