In <https://launchpad.net/+tour/bugs>, in the section "Bugs by email", there
are no links to <https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/EmailInterface>.
For a person that has just started using Launchpad it can really hard to find
the wiki page. Instead the tour is linked in many pages on launchpad.net
