You have been subscribed to a public bug:
In the 'Current Documentation' page of 'Blueprints' is says "To classify
a blueprint as documentation, check the “Is Informational” box on its
“Edit Details” page...". But there is no 'Edit Details' menu item when I
click on a blueprint.
(I think) The way to do it is to click on 'Change Status' and then
change 'Implementation Status' to 'Informational'
