this is a bad link for two reasons 1. It should be http://wiki.canonical.com/SpecTemplate 2. It goes to a place most can not access. If the template is needed can someone give me a copy I will put it up on help.launchpad.net so we can see it. IMHO if we don't have access to this it might be good to let it be. You don't want everyone that views the page to to keep trying to log into canonical do we?
