Hi, I want to thank Collin for approving me to this mailing list, but I tried creating and editing the page in https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/GuidesList to create a new page for Santali language to put my guidelines there. But still not able to edit. What are the further steps? I have already edited Wikipedia so I know basics of editing but it always throws me 'not allowed to edit'. I think it is not allowed to edit an immutable page or something else??
