I've hacked the javascript to asynchronously make a server call when the popup is opened to get the pending builds. These pending builds are marked as such on the popup. http://people.canonical.com/~ianb/request-build-some-pending.png If all builds are pending, the "Request Builds" button is disabled. http://people.canonical.com/~ianb/request-build-all-pending.
