Description changed to: Building on the work that was landed via https://code.launchpad.net/~stevenk/launchpad/generic-overrides/+merge/60730, this branch adds support for generic overrides to the package copier. I have a drive-by comment fix in the package copier tests, and I have fixed a bug in the generic overrides -- if the archive doesn't have a default component, we should return the universe component, not the string 'universe'.
