The proposal to merge lp:~julian-edwards/maas/hacking-deps into lp:maas has been updated.
Description changed to: Update HACKING.txt and INSTALL.txt to reflect the latest non-Cobbler DHCP reality. Also add a drive-by fix for a broken test in trunk which worked standalone but not as part of pserv.test.
