While this solves the immediate problem, I do not think we want to support USERDATA and PRIVATE_SECURITY for teams. These information type originate from the community, they protect individuals. Team branches do not have a community. PROPRIETARY is the only type that makes sense for a private team because this type originates from the creators and it protects organisations. While teams do not have policies their policy options would be PROPRIETARY or theoretically EMBARGOED for time before the branch is moved to a project.
