I agree it needs to land with the other branch. I noticed the user arg and pondered if we wanted to keep it to either log or queue a notification to the project maintainer to inform who made the change. Cody is very concerned that several oh his projects had policy changes he would not permit. A might have helped him close the potential hole before something went through it.
