Commit Message changed to: Rewrite the heavy-lifting queries in IBug.getSubscriptionForPerson() and IPersonSubscriptionInfo._getDirectAndDuplicateSubscriptions() to be performant using two CTEs, and destroy the cause of excessive queries in the second function by bulk loading.
