Switch SpecificationVocabulary to using SQLObjectVocabularyBase. This is a bit 
of a subtle fix, since NamedSQLObjectVocabulary backs onto obj.name, and names 
of specifications are not unique; SQLObjectVocabularyBase uses obj.id. There 
are no tests for the vocabulary that I can find.
