The proposal to merge lp:~wgrant/launchpad/overrides-actually into lp:launchpad has been updated.
Commit Message changed to: Provide an Archive.getOverridePolicy implementation for each ArchivePurpose. packagecopier override behaviour now matches archiveuploader except that binaries don't yet inherit their source component. Since getOverridePolicy is now vaguely correct for all purposes, we can remove a couple of workarounds in the copier.
