The proposal to merge ~cjwatson/launchpad:charm-recipe-distroseries into launchpad:master has been updated.
Description changed to: Charm recipes will eventually pick up their distribution series context from charmcraft.yaml, but this isn't completely wired up yet and the spec still calls for default behaviour if that isn't set. To support this, define a pair of feature rules that specify the default series if charmcraft.yaml doesn't tell us otherwise.
