The proposal to merge ~xnox/launchpad-buildd:channels-snapd into launchpad-buildd:master has been updated.
Commit message changed to: buildsnap: refresh preinstalled snaps If a requested snap is presintalled on the host image (i.e. core22, or snapd) installing a snap from the given channel will be a no-op and exit zero. Thus always also refresh from the given channel to ensure the build is performed against snaps from the correct channel.
