The proposal to merge ~finnrg/launchpad:fix/set-getMergeProposals-api-version-to-beta into launchpad:master has been updated.
Description changed to: Operation getMergeProposals was previously set to api version "beta". After modifying it to include the two new parameters it was set to "devel", which broke existing clients and tests. This PR raises the api version back to "beta".
