The next BleachBit release is expected August 25-26. There are only 2 new English words since the last release. Sorry for the short notice, but I just found out the Ubuntu 9.10 feature freeze deadline is August 27. :( It's likely this version of BleachBit the one released in Ubuntu 9.10.
