I think it should be okay to add LoCo address on my own opinion as the reason Yaron has stated. In fact, Simplified Chinese team are planning to change it rather than add one in addition because of the fact that our users rarely visit forums in English but prefer our native community, and if someone would like to visit ubuntuforum.org, there is a visible link on our LoCo forum.
