Logisim is a free (GPL) educational tool for designing and simulating digital logic circuits. It lost Spanish translator, so some new strings (about 200 short phrases) of GUI are not translated. Logisim doesn't use translations.launchpad.net yet, but in future it possibly will. If you can help with updating Spanish translation (or may be with full translation to any other language), then contact me: [email protected] or Carl Burch (main developer) : [email protected] . We will send to you files to translate and will give detailed descriptions.
