Hey George. Thanks for the question. As far as I know, I haven't
intentionally limited the translations to 11 languages. I think you
should be able to translate it into anything.
Could you show me where you see the limitation so I can look into this?

Hi,
There are no limitations. It is suffice to login into account with the
corresponding language defined and be a member of the corresponding
Launchpad Translators team (because of the Structured permissions) to have
an access to the translation creation. At least I can do this for
Ukrainian.
