I'm not sure what you mean--the two portlets showing on that page are
in the same location that they've been in for a long time.
They're moving to the LHS of the page though, presumably on the next
rollout, to resolve issues with the table content overflowing into
the portlets.
I can appreciate and apologize for the inconvenience that UI changes
like this may cause. Our hope is that the short-term pain will be
outweighed by changes that make the app easier to use.
