if I was you, I would try to get a mouse with a scroll wheel. Then instead of moving continously your mouse cursor from left to right on the screen to go click on the browser scrollbar, you simply move the little wheel on your mouse. Works very well in Firefox (not sure about other web browsers), in gnome-terminal, and various applications. I rarely need to click on a vertical scrollbar nowadays. As for the the new colum format, I dislike it because I end up scrolling up and down each time I triage a bug. The main portlets I usually read or click on are the "bug details", "subscribers" and the no-name one (the one with "overview" "bugs" "support", etc). Before they were all visible on my 1024x768 screen. Now, with all of them on the left side, I have to scroll down very often to see the information I need to see. But if we switch to a true 2-column system the extra screen space for the main column of a bug report will be nice. -- Daniel Robitaille -- launchpad-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/launchpad-users
