Hi Fabrizio,
In Launchpad, you can only target bugs and specifications at
"products" and "distributions". A project (what you've registered) is
essentially a way of grouping multiple related products together.
If you want to track bugs, you will need to create a product. You can
do this by clicking on the "register another product" link on
https://launchpad.net/projects/ubuntu-italian-iso
You can then file bugs and specs against that product.
