Yes, particularly as we'll serve that from HTTP rather than HTTPS, and
cache it well.  However, I think Scott's idea of serving up page
fragments is cute too.  We could do that in the same we as we'll do RSS,
and make the page fragments served up over HTTP, and cached well.

Right now, as the portlet pages are used only internally, we don't cache
them.  So, if we find a lot of rapid-fire traffic going to the portlet
pages, we may need to stop them being served publicly.
