Good evening, It appears that something has changed either in Launchpad or w/ my account. I have a bookmark of all open bugs w/ Kubuntu in them that don't have a package assigned to them (http://tinyurl.com/yspn4n) and yesterday (EST) I was able to change the status of these bugs along w/ changing the package assigned to them. However when I go triage these, I get the following error message: You are not the bug assignee nor the maintainer of Ubuntu, and therefore cannot edit this bug's status.
