application. thanks...
I find declining someone's application a bit rude. since they are barely
coming in to launchpad wanting to begin participation.
but like you guys have said... more information on how to set up their
contact info.

How about a "you cannot join a team unless you first enter some way to
contact you into Launchpad" restriction. Should be easier to implement,
if nothing else. ;-)
