Hello, Yesterday (2007-05-02), we temporarily suspended outbound mail from Launchpad.
We did this to prevent Launchpad users from receiving unwanted email after someone made a number of teams into support contacts for Ubuntu. We reactivated Launchpad's outbound email not long after suspending it. However, we decided to remove Answer Tracker messages from the queue to avoid sending more unwanted email. If you're a support contact for a distribution or project in Launchpad, please manually check for new questions in the Answer Tracker. To prevent a similar situation in future, we have changed the way that teams become support contacts. For details, please see my email "Teams as support contacts" to this list. We're sorry that you won't receive some of yesterday's Answer Tracker notifications. I'd also like to apologise for not having sent this email yesterday.
