I'd like to make the Launchpad Users meeting a regular part of the
Launchpad development cycle.

I'm not sure when would be the best time, though. The options, as I see
it, are Monday week 4 or Wednesday week 1.

Pros and cons:

Monday week 4: second opportunity to communicate what changes are coming
up. Close enough to release date that it will be fresh in people's
minds. Too close to release date for any changes to take place in
response to feedback, so must be informational only.

Wednesday week 1: Coming Features is fresh in people's minds and they've
had a couple of days to consider the fall-out of the proposed changes.
There's time to make changes. However, we lose the opportunity for a
second hit later in the cycle.

Of course, we could have two meetings:

* Project contacts in week 1.
* Open Launchpad users meeting in week 4.

I'd see both meetings as open and in #launchpad. The first focused on
what's new and hearing people's concerns about changes raised in Coming
Features. The second would be split into an informational "here's what's
coming on Wednesday" section, with a chance for general questions,
requests for features etc.
