I use custom filters all the time to filter mailing lists based on the
List-Id: header.

 * Tools -> Message Filters -> New
 * Click on the Header dropdown and choose Customize
 * New message header: List-Id -> Add

In your case, do a view source of any e-mail you're receiving and find
the custom header you want to filter on. :D
